Looking for 'liquid' plug-in - 02-08-2010, 11:29 PM

I know I've seen a plug-in for Photoshop that will make part of your image look like it's submerged in liquid. I'm trying to do something similar to this perfume ad:

I've done some Googling with liquid, water, and other terms, but haven't found what I'm looking for. It would be great if it was CS4 on Mac compatible, but I also have access to CS3 on Windows.
