Trying to use their profile and see a huge difference when I check/uncheck the "preserved RGB numbers" Is this box suppose to be checked or unchecked?

Preserve RGB numbers shows how the image would appear to that output device if you DO NOT apply the output profile - usually not good.

Why don't you ask White House. I would put more credence in their answer than someone on a forum unless Brian works for them. They have a toll free number you know.

The true authority on that dialog box would be Adobe.
