I am going to China for two weeks and have some questions. So who has been to China recently? Did you have a good time? Did you book a tour or did you just go and planned accordingly? |

I've been to China a few times and always liked it. It will be helpful to have someone with you who can speak Mandarin or the local dialect. This doesn't necessarily mean having a full blown tour, and it will depend on where you go. I've never had a problem with the food there. Same rules there as any other foreign country: stick to things that are cooked for the most part (avoid raw veggies and fruits), and don't drink any water unless you bought the bottle. Duffy |
